Capital Investment Realty LLC was founded in 2015 by Nick and Lindsey Pantaleo. Growing up in real estate, Lindsey, quickly learned the value of owning and managing a real estate portfolio. Nick and Lindsey started building their investment portfolio nearly a decade ago while in college. While Nick was completing his graduate degree, the concept of a full service real estate company that specialized in investment property was born. Nick and Lindsey both received their undergraduate degrees from Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla in Business and Management Systems. Lindsey received her Masters of Business Administration from the Missouri University of Science and Technology and Nick received his Masters of Business Administration from William Woods University. Capital Investment Realty LLC is a licensed real estate company in Missouri, a member of the Missouri REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, National Association of Residential Property Managers.
Lindsey Pantaleo, Broker
Lindsey grew up in household where real estate was the main focus. She learned from the smartest and most successful investors, her parents. She remembers riding in the back seat of their SUV watching her father show homes and commercial property. Her mother designed and transformed interior spaces, which is where her love for design started. At a young age, she learned the value of self-employment and real estate investing. Lindsey purchased her first rental property at 20 years old and has continued investing. Nick and Lindsey were married in 2011 and have three wonderful children. She loves taking care of a garden and animals on their small hobby farm. Lindsey is passionate about transforming spaces, elevating properties, and development. Her hope is to educate the community about investment property and help others build a portfolio that achieves financial freedom .
Nick Pantaleo, Licensee
When Nick was introduced to Lindsey and her family, he became interested and later developed a passion for real estate. He has always been hands-on with personal rental properties, conducting preventive maintenance, and providing tenants with homes that met their needs all while maximizing their investment and value. Nick enjoys working with numbers and started developing concepts and equations that assisted with the purchase of several properties that maximized cash flow and minimized risk. As a property owner, Nick understands the value of reporting and staying abreast to the condition of properties and upcoming market trends. His goal is to provide owners and tenants with the best quality of care and service. He wants to assist new investors in getting started and show the value of investing at any stage in life. When Nick is not working, he enjoys spending time with Lindsey and their three children. He loves to hunt and fish.

Justin Wooten, Property Manager
Justin comes to us from Cape Girardeau, Missouri where he served his community for 10 years as a Sergeant with a local sheriff’s office. In 2017, he decided to make a career change to property management. He worked with another property management company in the Southeast Missouri area until 2022. He and his wife decided to travel the United States, as she worked as a travel nurse on assignments for 18 months in four different states. They settled back down in the Jefferson City, MO area. Justin started with Capital Investment Realty in the fall of 2023 and looks forward to growing his career. He is currently scheduled to start in March 2024 with classes to prepare him for completing the Missouri Real Estate License Exam. Once he achieves his licenses, he will be able to assist clients with buying, selling and further managing their investment properties. In his free time, Justin enjoys hunting, fishing and working on the family farm. He is a classic car enthusiast and has a unique hobby of collecting license plates and road signs of all types.
Brittany Starr, Leasing Specialist
Brittany Starr, a proud Jefferson City native, grew up in a household where her father flipped homes and managed rental properties, so she absorbed invaluable insights into the industry from a young age. From early days assisting with renovations, to her current role as a leasing specialist, her journey has been immersed in the world of property development and brings a wealth of experience to the table. Brittany finds joy in continuous learning and relishes the challenge of new home improvement tasks. The highlight of her profession lies in the connections she makes while helping individuals find their ideal homes. Brittany believes it is a privilege to play a part in such a significant chapter of people’s lives, making every day in the field uniquely fulfilling!
Jessica Luetkemeyer, Business Analyst
Jessica was raised in Jefferson City, MO. Growing up, she watched as her parents renovated their homes, and she became interested in the process. Having a vision for a space and watching that vision come to life is truly exciting! She recently bought her first investment property and has renovated the property from top to bottom. She enjoyed the experience and is looking forward to renovating many more properties in the future. Jessica recently joined the Capital Investment Realty team and is looking forward to learning all about property management and investing. In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, as well as playing volleyball.
Jason Höeme, Maintenance Supervisor
Jason has been a proud resident of Jefferson City since 1995 after serving in the U.S Navy for four years stationed in San Diego, Ca. During his time in the Navy, he completed two deployments and received multiple awards and commendations. Jason’s professional experience has evolved from restaurant management to owning and operating his own painting and drywall business. Prior to joining CIR, Jason was the lead tech for a large property management company based out of Columbia, Mo. Aside from work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and son. Throughout his time in Jefferson City, Jason has been active as a local musician, as a guitarist and founding member of several bands. Currently, his focus has shifted from performing to music production. In addition to music, Jason has a strong passion for art and enjoys painting original works on canvas.

Sage Lubbert, Residential Cleaning
Sage is a Jefferson City native who graduated as salutatorian from Blair Oaks Highschool in 2020 before attending Truman State University. Taking a break from his pursuit of a degree in psychology, he is doing once of his favorite hobbies: cleaning. When not at work, Sage spends his time learning foreign languages, baking, working on arts and crafts, spending time with his friends, and game nights with his family. He is always up for learning new things and thinks everyone he meets has something to teach him.
